Thor: Ragnarok Info

After the events of Avengers: Age of Ultron, and four years after the events of Thor: The Dark World, Thor, held captive on the planet Sakaar without his hammer(Mjolnir), must win a gladiatorial duel against an old friend Hulk in order to return to Asgard in time to stop the villainous Hela and the impending Ragnarök, the doom of the Asgardian civilization.

Thor: Ragnarok is an upcoming superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character Thor, produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. It is intended to be the sequel to 2011’s Thor and 2013’s Thor: The Dark World and the seventeenth film installment of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The film is directed by Taika Waititi with a screenplay by Eric Pearson.


A third Thor film was confirmed in January 2014, with the title and involvement of Hemsworth and Hiddleston announced that October. Waititi joined the film as director the next October, after Alan Taylor chose not to return from the second film, and Ruffalo joined the cast, crossing over the character Hulk from other MCU films. With the Hulk’s inclusion, elements from the 2006 comic storyline “Planet Hulk” were adapted for Ragnarok. The rest of the cast was confirmed the next May, with Pearson revealed to be involved with the film at the start of filming in July 2016. Thor: Ragnarok is scheduled to be released on November 3, 2017.

Iron Man

The Incredible Hulk

Bruce Banner becomes the Hulk as an unwitting pawn in a military scheme to reinvigorate the Super-Soldier program through gamma radiation. On the run, he attempts to cure himself of the Hulk before he is captured by General Thaddeus Ross, but his worst fears are realized when power-hungry soldier Emil Blonsky becomes a similar, but more bestial creature.
Marvel One Shot: The Consultant

Phil Coulson informs Jasper Sitwell that the World Security Council wishes that Emil Blonsky should be released from prison to join the Avengers Initiative. They see him as a war hero and blame the devastation in New York City on Bruce Banner. The Council orders them to send an agent to ask General Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross to release Blonsky into S.H.I.E.L.D. custody. As Nick Fury does not want to release Blonsky, the two agents decide to send a patsy to sabotage the meeting.

Six months after the events of Iron Man, Tony Stark is resisting calls by the United States government to hand over the Iron Man technology while also combating his declining health from the arc reactor in his chest. Meanwhile, rogue Russian scientist Ivan Vanko has developed the same technology and built weapons of his own in order to pursue a vendetta against the Stark family, in the process joining forces with Stark’s business rival, Justin Hammer.

Set before the events of Thor, Phil Coulson stops at a gas station on his way to Albuquerque, New Mexico. While Coulson shops for snacks in the back of the station, two robbers enter and demand the money from the register, Phil Coulson subdues both men in seconds, he pays for his snacks and leaves the station.


The crown prince of Asgard, banished to Earth and stripped of his powers after he reignites a dormant war. As his brother, Loki, plots to take the throne for himself, Thor must prove himself worthy and reclaim his hammer Mjolnir.

Thor’s Mjolnir Returns?


Thor’s hammer may or may not be back in Avengers: Infinity War, Avengers: Infinity War is based on the Marvel Comics superhero team the Avengers, It is intended to be the sequel to Marvel’s The Avengers and Avengers: Age of Ultron and this will be the 19th film installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe(MCU).
In Avengers: Infinity War, the Avengers join forces with the Guardians of the Galaxy to confront Thanos, who is trying to amass the Infinity Stones.

In one of the jaw-dropping moments from the Thor: Ragnarok teaser trailer, the mjolnir was destroyed by Cate Blanchett(Hela) with her bare hands. The trailer doesn’t explain at the moment how did thor recuperate from what happened and it is established that Hela will be dominating thor in the matter of second.


However, The Russo Brothers posted this picture through their official Instagram page, Showing that a priest is holding the legendary hammer, Mjolnir. With a caption that says “Worthy”. There is a possibility that this might only be a flashback or it can be that Doctor Strange uses his powers to put the hammer back together. At this point, there is no exact explanation as to why the hammer is intact again and how.
